Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue and click on any item that you wish to buy. Click "Add to Shopping Cart". After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment on Visa, Switch, Delta, Solo and Master card.

You may advise PPI Ltd. regarding your Credit Card Details via Phone, Fax, Post or over the Internet.

The price of THE TWEDPEN in the UK is £19.95 incl postage & packaging and insurance but increases could be implemented to include any VAT (UK only), Postage and Insurance both in the UK and Overseas.

THE TWEDPEN is a UNIQUE TWIN-ENDED BALLPOINT DESK PEN with non-leak able RED and BLACK refill packs, which are only available from Pen Promotions International Ltd. for (Sterling) £1.50 inclusive postage and packaging by first class mail (UK only).

Shipping And Handling

Recorded Delivery is used for THE TWEDPEN in the UK. A signature is required on delivery.
Free Postage, Packaging and Insurance (UK only).

FOR OVERSEAS DELIVERIES

For overseas orders for THE TWEDPEN the cost will be £25.00 (sterling) inclusive in this offer is Swift air Airmail and Insurance for Red & Black Refill packs the cost will be £2.50 (sterling) inclusive in this offer is Airmail postage and packaging.(Worldwide only)

THE TWEDPEN is individually packed in a custom designed cardboard box and multiple orders will be sent separately, insured to their value.

Delivery Schedule

Your order will be despatched on clearance of funds. Please allow 28 days for delivery under normal postal conditions. We will advise you of any delays. You have the right to cancel if this is not acceptable. A full refund will be given if for any reason you wish to return THE TWEDPEN in perfect condition within 30 days of delivery.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be advised by email with the option to cancel your order if this is not acceptable.
Back Ordered Items are not charged to your Credit Card until they are despatched.

Tax Charges

VAT is included in the Price (UK only).
VAT of 17.5% has been waived for Overseas Orders only on the inclusive direct worldwide Internet price of £25.00. Please be aware that you credit card company might incur small surcharge for overseas orders.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee

If THE TWEDPEN is delivered in a damaged condition please notify and return it to:-THE TWEDPEN, PPI Ltd. Antrobus House, 18 College Street, Petersfield, Hampshire, GU31 4AD, UK. Tel: +44 (0) 1730 261678 Fax: +44 (0) 1730 261084 within 7 days of receipt. Once THE TWEDPEN has been received by PPI Ltd. it will be replaced at no cost with free delivery and reimbursement of any incurred postage.
THE TWEDPEN is supplied with a Tough Acrylic Carrying Case and when not in use should be stored in this container. No responsibility of any kind will be accepted by Pen Promotions International Ltd. for any damage whatsoever caused by misuse of THE TWEDPEN.

Wax tips on refills should be removed before use.
